The lehua tree, the first to emerge from a recent lava flow, holds significant importance in Hawaiian culture. These skilled, strong, and beloved individuals are often referred to as pua lehua, or lehua flowers. Like the lehua, they possess a remarkable resilience and a graceful demeanor.
